Guideline for Usage of Company Marks
(Last Updated March 2007)
Use the following LiteScape logo usage instructions to
ensure you are using the logo properly and to its full advantage.

As used
herein, the term "Company" shall mean "LiteScape
Technologies, Inc." and as used herein, the terms "Company
Marks" shall mean marks, logos, phrases and the like, to
which the Company, its subsidiaries, successors or agents have
ownership rights.
Such marks include, but are not limited
to: LiteScape, OnCast, Secure Profile Management (SPM), Secure
Personal Authentication Reader (SPAR), CallTrack, CallTrack
PRO, KIDS (Knowledge Information Delivery System), LS ServicePoint,
Multi-modal Application Platform (MAP), Secure DISA, Secure
Remote Access and LiteScape Developers Network.
The use of the LiteScape logos
and trademarks are granted upon proper usage per its guidelines.

Company logo and name with mark
a mark should be used after the company mark the first
time it appears in text on a page or ownership information
may be included at the end of the document: "LiteScape
<or product name> is a register trademark of LiteScape
Technologies, Inc. and is used with its permission."

Logo Color:
Whereever possible use thecolor
version of the logo. Versions are also provided in greyscale
but not advised to use. Color for the logo is PMS 294C blue
and PMS130C yellow, or their 4-color process equivalent. The
"Lite" portion of the logo shall be blue, except
for the dot of the i, and the "Scape" portion, and
the dot of the I, is yellow and should never be switched;

Background:
The logo should always be placed
on a simple, uncluttered background to ensure readibility
and provide a sense of space. You should not place the logoover
photography or images. Logo shouldn't be placed on a non-contrasting
background. . Logo must be legibly displayed on a white
background or a color that provides sufficient contrast so
that both colors of the logo are visible; in color and style
in a manner consistent with the mark as federally-registered;

>Logo shouldn't be placed on a non-contrasting background.
>Logo shouldn't be outlined,distorted, scratched or

Clearance:
To stage the logo properly, maintain a minimum clearance
equal to the height of "L" and "S" as shown
here: X -> Capital height of "L" and "S".

Size:
There is no standard size for the
logo; The logo must remain one word and its size may change
depending on use. However, all elements of the logo must always
appear crisp and be clearly readible.

Font:
Text used with Company
marks should be in Arial or Frutiger.

Any unauthorized use of the Company
Marks, known or that should have been known, to the party
rightfully using the Company Marks, shall be reported, in
writing, to the Company no later than thirty days from the
date of such notice.
