efficiently, we have established two methods of communication
with the LiteScape Service & Support department. By using
one of these methods, you can be assured that your issue will
be quickly routed to the appropriate LiteScape resource.
During the upcoming holidays our offices will be closed Monday,
December 25th through Monday, January 1st. However, we will be
providing support services Tuesday, December 26th through Friday,
December 29th. These services will be focused on incidents with
a system down or severe impact; all other issues will be addressed
promptly on Tuesday, January 2nd.
