Forced and Validated Account Codes
In protecting your firm against potential lost revenues, forced client code (optional) features are available. This feature requires a user to enter a code before making a call. The caller is prompted to enter a client code through a pop-up screen or voice prompt after the telephone number has been entered. Calls will not connect without an account or matter code.
