  • Extended Workflow – direct documents for review or approval to always on IP phones or mobile devices.

  • Time-critical Collaboration – seamlessly deliver personalized content, such as relevant news, sports, weather or stock tickers, to a preset group and discuss it in real time via an ad-hoc interactive broadcast.

With OnCast, users can easily realize the power of convergence. Timely content in many formats can now be quickly collected from a variety of sources, filtered for important details and broadcast immediately or automatically, delivering the current, specific and appropriate information directly to the people who need it. OnCast Presence
Allows users to determine recipient availability before calls are made to avoid phone-tag. Integration with Microsoft LCS and IBM Same-Time. The product has 2 components:

  • User Defined State – allows an end-user to set their status (e.g., Out to Lunch, In a Meeting, Do Not Disturb) from the phone. Calls will be treated appropriately. People who call the end-user will receive a text message on their phone showing which state the user is in and will be forwarded to another target, such as voicemail.
  • OnCast Presence Web console - allows you to select users, groups, etc and view their presence state from a web browser. You can see if someone's phone is idle, in a call, receiving a call, sending a broadcast or receiving a broadcast. You can also see someone’s User Defined State. There are multiple views available.
