from a variety of sources, filtered for important details
and broadcast immediately or automatically, delivering the

OnCast Presence
Allows users to determine recipient availability before calls
are made to avoid phone-tag. Integration with Microsoft LCS
and IBM Same-Time. The product has 2 components:
- User Defined State – allows an end-user to set their
status (e.g., Out to Lunch, In a Meeting, Do Not Disturb)
from the phone. Calls will be treated appropriately. People
who call the end-user will receive a text message on their
phone showing which state the user is in and will be forwarded
to another target, such as voicemail.
- OnCast Presence Web console - allows you to select users,
groups, etc and view their presence state from a web browser.
You can see if someone's phone is idle, in a call, receiving
a call, sending a broadcast or receiving a broadcast. You
can also see someone’s User Defined State. There are
multiple views available.
