CallTrack PRO Installation and Support (2 Days)
CallTrack PRO Installation and Support training focuses on the concepts and skills needed to successfully plan, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Call Track PRO. Students will perform hands–on activities installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Call Track PRO components. This course includes the following topics: architecture review, high availability, deployment planning, installing and configuring, licensing, administering, and troubleshooting. CallTrack PRO System Administration (Two Hours)
CallTrack PRO System Administration training provides your IT staff the essential techniques for maintaining, administering, and basic troubleshooting of CallTrack PRO.  This course includes the following topics: High level architecture, call flow, 3rd party integration/configuration, system management/administration, and LiteScape support processes. Classes are offered remotely using a web collaboration session, or on–site upon special request.

OnCast Installation and Support (3 Days)
OnCast Installation and Support training focuses on the concepts and skills needed to successfully plan, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot OnCast. Students will perform hands–on activities installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting OnCast components.This course includes the following topics: architecture review, high availability, deployment planning, installing and configuring, licensing, administering, and troubleshooting. OnCast System Administration (2 Hours)
The OnCast System Administration training provides your IT team with the essential procedures and tips to administer and support the OnCast application. After attending this course, your team will be equipped with the necessary tools and training to handle the following tasks:  Adds/Moves/Changes for Directories, Users, IP PBXs, Policies, Masks; as well as resolving common problems and gathering logs. Classes are offered remotely using a web collaboration session, or on–site upon special request.
